Design and Develop the mobilization plans as per the project needs.
Work closely with the communication department to design and customize the communication material related to mobilization etc.
Conduct the ToT’s to center staff (center coordinator, faculty, counsellors) effective mobilization techniques.
Conduct rigorous field visits during the mobilization period and provide support to the field staff.
Support to the staff to capture the mobilization details (area, candidate details, and other geographical information) as per the MANDAMUS mobilization strategies/policy.
Work effectively with communication team to design and develop the formats related to the mobilization.
Support and plan the field staff to conduct the community meetings location wise during the mobilization period.
Adopt the new mobilization techniques from other success stories.

Design and Develop Curriculum Content, Training Materials, Training Modules and Teaching Aids.

Working closely with facilitators to Design and roll out Curriculum that provides students with high quality Education.
Keeping abreast with curriculum trends.
Facilitate and coordinate curriculum alignment processes for MANDAMUS Centres.
Research, evaluate, and make recommendations on curricula, instructional methods, and materials.
Develop instructional materials to be used by facilitators.
Align MANDAMUS curriculum with the NSDC/SSC, and other standard programmes by the Government and corporates.
Assist MANDAMUS to acquire accreditation its curriculums.
Conduct training needs assessment in curriculum delivery.
Design and implement a wide range of instructional activity, material, program, services and strategies in classrooms, seminars and workshops for individual trainees and small groups.
Submit accurate, complete and timely data on performance on weekly, quarterly, half yearly or annual basis as required.
Coordinate accreditation compliance in accordance with MANDAMUS policy.
Training of Trainers in understanding the curriculum frame work, delivery of the curriculum and development of lesson plans.
